Amendments done to para 9 of BSNL Transfer Policy - BSNLEU writes to the CMD BSNL, demanding to implement his assurance.

By making certain amendments to para 9 of BSNL Transfer Policy, the BSNL Management has created severe hardships to the employees in getting temporary transfers. This is affecting the employees who are posted far away from their home circles. They are not getting temporary transfer even under compelling domestic situations. This issue was discussed between the AUAB and CMD BSNL, in the meeting held on 27-10-2021. The CMD BSNL assured that, a Joint Committee would be formed to review the amendments. The reply of the CMD BSNL is incorporated in the official minutes also. Thereafter, BSNLEU has written to the Director(HR), requesting him to implement the decision. However, no action has been taken so far. In view of this, BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL, requesting to implement the assurance given by him, for the formation of a Joint Committee to review the changes done to para 9 of BSNL Transfer Policy.
