Advancing the dates of disbursement of salary in Kerala and Maharashtra circles in view of important festivals – BSNLEU writes to the CMD BSNL..

The festival of Onam will be celebrated in Kerala in the month of August, 2023. Similarly, the Ganpati festival will be celebrated in Maharashtra in the month of September, 2023. In view of this, the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, has announced that, the salary for the Central Government Employees working in both these states will be disbursed as per the following schedule:

(i)             Kerala                             – 25.08.2023 (Friday)

(ii)           Maharashtra                   – 27.09.2023 (Wednesday)

In view of this, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding that August salary should be disbursed in Kerala on 25.08.2023 and September salary in Maharashtra should be disbursed on 27.09.2023.
