135 BSNL employees lost their lives in 30 days – BSNLEU once again writes to the Hon’ble Minister on vaccination..

It is horrifying to note that, the valuable lives of BSNL employees are being taken away by COVID-19, at an alarming rate. So far, 170 employees have lost their lives. However, it is horrifying to note that, 135 employees have died in the past 30 days alone. BSNLEU has already written to Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Minister for Communications on 02-03-2021 itself, demanding to treat BSNL employees as "Frontline Workers" and vaccinating them on a priority basis. Today, once again BSNLEU has written to the Hon’ble Minister of Communications, requesting to take immediate steps for vaccinating BSNL employees on a priority basis.
