10 Central Trade Unions resolve to organise campaigns against the economic policies and communal hatred.
10 Central Trade Unions organised a Convention at New Delhi yesterday, the 30.01.2023, to deliberate and decide on action programme to defeat the anti-worker, anti-people and anti-national policies of the Central Government. The Convention was addressed by the Central Trade Union leaders, including Com.Tapan Sen, GS, CITU, Com.Ashok Kumar Singh, VP, INTUC, Com.Amarjeet Kaur, GS, AITUC, Com.Harbajan Singh, GS, HMS and others. The Convention decided to organise state level Conventions, state wide Jathas, culminating into statewide Mahapadav on the Quit India Day which falls on 9thAugust, 2023. Further, the Convention resolved to campaign against communal hatred and polarisation to break the united agitations of workers and farmers. It is also decided to organise nationwide strike action at the end of the year.
